Appointments
All appointments require a non refundable booking fee, this should be paid at the time of booking via the website or bank transfer.
- If you have booked online please pay the balance before your appointment or bring remaining balance in cash along with you. It isn’t exceptable to pay via bank transfer a day or two after your appointment.
- It is your responsibility to book the correct top up up appointment, Even if you think your brows don't need extra time don't book the wrong appointment, Our prices are there for a reason we won't provide treatment if you book wrong appointment and/or dispute the extra costs incurred.
- If you have booked for SPMU or Fibroblast treatment it is your responsibility to pre-numb the area before arriving.
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend your appointment we ask that you give us at 5 days notice. (This then gives us plenty of time to try and fill your time slot)
- We will only transfer booking fees or vouchers to a rescheduled appointment if we have 5 days notice.
- If you do not cancel giving this notice or fail to turn up then you will lose your booking fee and you will be asked to pay for rescheduled appointments in full at time of rebooking.
- If your booking was using a voucher, this will no longer be valid.
There are no exceptions to this or any other policy.
